Saturday

At 5:30 A.M.
It really was a beautiful Saturday morning. A crispy air and crunchy snow kind of morning.
The smell of 24 hours of freedom was in the air.
A kind of morning that I don't really observe until I sit down at 12:00 at night and contemplate.
Some may wonder why I woke up at 5:30.
I wonder also.
Turns out I had ballroom practice at six at the school.
And it so happens that it was canceled today.
So my friend and I walked around Walmart at six in the morning with stretchy black shirts on.
I enjoyed the looks people gave us. I could tell they were thinking:
"Teenagers? In Walmart? At the crack of dawn? With tight, black shirts on? Is the world ending already? "
We laughed.
And then the day started.

Inspiration

As I jump back into the daily routine of school and all that accompanies it, I have been wondering how to keep some of the free time I had during Christmas break. I feel like a fish that tastes the water of the good, old sea then gets put back into his circular, plastic fishbowl. But the fish bowl that I have been put into is rather large, looks like a building, has a statue of a pioneer, and has 1,199 other fish. We are all trying to survive and enjoy this surreal portion of our lives. Sorry if that was too heavy on metaphor.
Here are some videos I was shown to get some inspiration and feel-goods on my ballroom team. This may create strong emotions of self-confidence, independence, and/or happiness.
May these help with getting back to the ocean. =D  Enjoy!

Please, Don't feed the Clownfish (too much).

I really love smiling, don't you? Whenever I see someone smiling, it makes me smile also. :) :) :D :D. After I smile for about ten or fifteen minutes straight, my cheeks get kind of sore, and I feel a bit light-headed. I love it. It's a good kind of feeling!

Well, speaking of smiling makes me want to laugh. Laughing is also a great thing. Laughing make the world go round. If only it could be converted into energy... And, speaking of laughing makes me want to tell a joke! I just love jokes. They make me smile.

Listen to I'm a clownfish from Bruce Spence

... Isn't he great? Nemo's dad would make a great History professor though!I actually did find a comedian a couple of days ago that was pretty, truly, undeniably funny. And even better, he's clean!
Tim Hawkins! (someone go give him a cookie)  You may have heard of him, or you might not have. Either way, hopefully this makes you smile. Or maybe even laugh. And, it might even make you cry. (In a good way, of course. (hopefully)) .Hopefully this will help us cope with school tomorrow... (it did for me). What a better way to start our New Year?
Ladies and Gents, Tim Hawkins! (or, what I could find of him on YouTube.)
